Low-Calorie Diet Friendly Cocktails That Makes Fun

Tequila Plus fresh lime juice: Calorie count: Less than 200

Margaritas are all about sugar and calories. A normal margarita can contain about 160 to 400 calories, this would depend on what it’s made of,  fresh juice or a pre-made syrup. In most cases, margaritas are made with mixes that are rich in sugars and calories. So if you love Tequila, next time have it with a squeeze of fresh lime juice or Paloma, this helps in keeping the calorie of the drink under 200. And another option you can try is to add sparkling water. This blend is taste y make you sip the drink slowly indulging in the flavors. Exotic to be precise, try it!.

Light bloody Mary:  Calorie count: Less than 100

Light bloody Mary

I would suggestgo9ding pitcher of mimosas and go for something like a bloody Mary. You can mix the combination yourself to keep the calorie intact and below 100  calories. The premixed version can be loaded with about 200 to 400 calories. To make your own version of bloody mary mix one ounce of vodka with a smaller portion of fresh tomato juice and a slight amount of  Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. If that not hot enough for your liking then you can go ahead and add in some spices. Olives and bacon and use cherry tomatoes and celery sticks.

Sea Breeze: Calorie count: Around 165

Sea Breeze

The sea breeze is one of my favorites and I can’t imagine having to completely ignore it, so here is what can be done, mix vodka with a little grapefruit juice and a splash of cranberry juice. You can also use ink grapefruit juice (45 calories per half-cup), cranberry juice ( 20 calories), totally making it 100   per 1,5 ounce, isn’t that great.

Martini: Calorie count: Around 128

Martini

After a long day who doesn’t like to indulge in some martini. Here is how you can make a simple, classic and low-calorie martini. Skip the vermouth and drinks it straight with olives and make sure to have just one glass. A glass of vodka shot is about 64 calories. Usually, martinis use about  2 to 3 shots of vodka. So when you make it by yourself you can restrict the amount of Voda you add into the glass.
