Our customers can start with R&D programs and move to full-scale production in one location. ACD has two pilot plant spray dryers for product and process development. Our two primary production spray dryers have 5000 lbs/hr of water evaporation for large-scale and long-term contract opportunities. Additional services include: dry blending; wet processing, heating, cooling, homogenization, open atmosphere reactions and 500,000 gallons of liquid storage.
