Caseinate

Caseinates are the soluble salts of casein, the predominant protein in milk. Caseinates provide outstanding nutritional properties, contain all of the essential amino acids, have a protein efficiency ratio (P.E.R.) of 2.5, and have a minimum protein content of 90% (dry solids basis).

  • Potassium Caseinate provides outstanding nutritional properties, contains all the essential amino acids, and has a protein efficiency ratio of 2.5. It has excellent solubility and is suitable for a variety of applications where protein and potassium fortification, binding, and emulsification properties are important.

  • Sodium Caseinate provides outstanding nutritional properties, contains all the essential amino acids, and has a protein efficiency ratio of 2.5. It has excellent solubility and is suitable for a variety of applications where protein fortification, binding, and emulsification properties are important.

  • Agglomerated Calcium Caseinate provides all the outstanding nutritional attributes of calcium caseinate. In addition this lecithinated version of calcium caseinate is highly dispersible due to its larger particle size, making it suitable for certain beverage applications.

  • Calcium Caseinate provides outstanding nutritional properties, contains all the essential amino acids, and has a protein efficiency ratio of 2.5. It is suitable for a variety of food applications where protein and calcium fortification are desired.
